Rose Cake Tilda Card for Fun

Good Afternoon

I have been making this card over the last couple of days.
I absolutely adore Rose cake Tilda and just couldn't wait until popped through my letter box!

My central paper is one of the one of new Easter papers from Pion design and this one is called Cherry Tree.  Tilda is so adorable and I have coloured her with copics and added a little frantage around the edges.

This is a brass metal butterfly, I painted it with gesso, distressed with DI's and added a few pearls, it is available and craft heaven shop.

I haven't used my chipboard happy birthday embellies for a while, so it was time to get them out of their drawer he he! All the leaves are die cut from DP too.

I absolutely adore the new release Magnolia chicken wire die and I have cut mine from DP!

Have a great day and don't forget you have one more week to enter our challenge at LHOSM challenge with the easy peasy theme being Hearts of any kind.

Tilda in knee socks girly card

Good afternoon everyone

I hope that you all had a good weekend, mine was a bit up and down with one thing or another.

Here is a card that I made using Tilda in knee socks one of my favourite oldies, that I have fished out of my stamps draw. I coloured with DI's for a change, the pictures arent too good, the hair and face colour aren't showing up too well, which is a shame, but I am pleased with the actual card.

I used alot of die cuts, many cut from DPs and a hand made faux pearl pin and my frame at the top too. With some Tim Holtz wording.

As is becoming usual for me, I hand dyed my seam binding in VV DI to match the card and dyed the gorgeous lace too.
I added a  few of the little heart that were excess die cuts from my La La Land doily die and the gorgeous roses and deep pink floral spray are WOC from Craft Heaven Shop.

The tag has a build a bee cut from DP from my La La Land die too and is held in place by a little envelope behing the flowers and image.

Have a great week,

Christmas heart Tilda card

Hiya Everyone,

I hope that you are enjoying your weekend so far!

Here is a card I have made using Christmas heart Tilda, I bought her around Christmas and she has been sitting in my draw sadly neglected. How many of us have stamps that have suffered the same fate he he!

I used my new Tattered lace dies that my lovely hubby bought me for Christmas for the card shape and I have tried something a little different with a layered card for a change.

Ive used this gorgeous pansy paper from Maja for most of the elements and also stamped an extra Magnolia heart on the DP and cut it out and added it to the picture.

The middle of the metal heart shaped frame on the base of the card is also inlaid with the same paper too and I cut out the bridal bow from the same.

Hand dyed lace and frame.

I also cut some leaves from the same paper and shaded with DI and Gesso.

I also crafted the clay butterflies and little bird at the top of the card too and dyed my own seam binding.
