Tilda Lever Card

Good Morning Everyone,

I have made a lever card, I made for fun, using two of the new Christmas Tilda's, Sparkle Poinsettia Tilda and Tilda in cozy coat.

Here  is the template for the card.

I have used another piece of the Joyeaux Noel Paper and some beautiful Floribunda Roses from the Ribbon Girl!

The cream snow flake paper is Maja Design fro LLC.

I have coloured both Tildas with Copics and used some snow tex and perfect pearls.

Its time for a new challenge at Magnolia Mania!

Good Morning Everyone,

Its time for the brand new challenge at Magnolia Mania and this time around the theme is Christmas Tree!

You have two full weeks to show us your Christmas tree creations and your in with a chance to win a wonderful surprise package from Magnolia of Sweden!

How easy is this challenge and at this time of year too ha ha!

Here is my card, I have used two doohickey trees, they are distressed, frantaged and finally have 3D Snow, I used my snow writer.

It is quite a simple card for me, I just couldn't bear to cover up those stunning Maja papers!

This is Tilda In Cozy Coat, isnt she a sweetie, I have used some snow-tex around her feet and stickles on the snow flakes.

Tilda With Apple Wreath Christmas Card

Hiya Everyone, 

I hope your all having a fab weekend so far, I have used another of my new Tildas, she is Tilda With Apple Wreath and how cute is she?

Tilda is coloured with copics and for a change, the papers are Joyeux Noel with pink gingham Paper capsule and a little frame around Tilda with Magnolia Papers.

This stunning ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and is tied with a cute divine twine bow, the seam binding on the tag is also from the store too.

I have added lots of lovely florals, berries and two black berries from LLC.

Its Cold Outside Tilda Snowy Scene Card

Hello Everyone 

Here is a card that I made using 'Its Cold Outside' Tilda, masked with the Old Swedish Church Background.

All of the snow is snow-tex and it took over an hour and half to apply each little bit! 

I thought this little Tilda was perfect to mask with this background.

All the flowers are from Live and Love Crafts and the little acorn caps are from the Ribbon Girl. 

The paper on the bottom section of the card is Maja Design.

Hope you like it...

I have also used one of Unique Crafts 'Snow' wood chip wording too and of course my blue bling is in the center of a Magnolia Doohickey Bow.

I have made a Christmas Bag, The day before Christmas Stocking Tilda.

I coloured her with Copics and added flowers, leaves and berries from Wild Orchid Crafts and the Ribbon Girl.

The paper is from my own stash of goodies and the gorgeous red silk taffeta ribbon is from the Ribbon Girl.

This little gift tag is bazzill card and have added the same ribbons and berries, that decorate the front of the card too.

The sweet wording is from Unique crafts, I just love their little chipoard wording.

Tri Folding Card With A Twist

Good Afternoon Everyone,

This is my floral card, featuring Tilda with fantasy flowers and Tilda with binding flowers, guess the theme? he he x

I have cut a doohickey butterfly and the small doohiceky dragon fly from Maja design papers, the florals are from my own goodies and the little cherub is created from Martha Stewart Clay.

I made up this sentiment to fit the theme and printed it on my PC!

The Paper is Maja Design and the distressed paper corners, leaves and backing paper is Bazzil colour core card. I have distressed the papers with a sanding tool.

summer time memories - Magnolia Tilda & Announcement!

Hello Everyone, 

How cute is she? 

I won her with stamp and create and I will be guest designer too, please pop back in a couple of days to see my card! 

I have tried to concentrate on shading the skin a little darker, as I intended to use the brown, so she is quite suntanned! 

I've used some of the butterflies from pion design borders and butterflies papers and all other papers are Maja Design, with Wild Orchid Florals.

White Embossed Tilda With Rose Basket

Hello Everyone

My goodness the weather here in the UK in so miserable, the sky is pure grey, so I decided to finish off my card.

I have used the white embossing technique, that I have seen a few times, it was tricky colouring with copics. As the raised lines can flood, if you lay down too much ink at the start, especially on her hair and it is also a little more tricky to blend too.

All the papers are from Live and Love Crafts, I have cut tags from Pions My Precious Daughter collection and I have used a larger section of Maja Design 'Shall we have coffee' paper for the central panel.

I have added a few of Pions butterflies and a tag to match.

The lovely Gingham Ribbon and Heart Button are from L&L Crafts and have threaded the button and tied the tag with natural hemp twine.

I hope that you like my card, I have been wanting to try this technique for a while and as I said in my last post, crafting is about trying new techniques.

Ok I know my last card was pink too!!!

Hiya, If your wondering about the title, well, its almost that time to start making Christmas cards and there are alot of Autumn colours about at the moment, I just had to squeeze in as many girly cards as possible 

he he!

I made everything on this card except the doilies and metal corners and it really is something different for me. I masked VirgoTilda with the new summer fence background using my new stamp a majig. It still slightly off, but it was my first attempt, a practice, but I am pleased with it anyway he he.

Isn't that what card making is all about, trying out new techniques etc?

As you can see I have used lots of doohickeys and a little shape abilities flower to make all the florals, swirls and butterfly from Sofiero Maja Papers. 

This picture had to be at a bit of an angle to show how the card looks when its open.

The weather has been all over the show today in the UK, rain, shine, more rain, then just dark, so the piccies are slightly different colours.

GDT Magnolia Mania Challenge

Good Morning Everyone,

A Brand New Challenge Starts today at Magnolia Mania!

Its a really easy one too, Bingo!

I have chosen Die Cuts, Pearls and Embossing, no suprise there hey!

Here is my card using Tilda with a big rose, I just fell in love with her the first time I saw her, she is just adorable.

            The beautiful hand embroidered lace is from Live & Love Crafts

As you can see I have both heat and dry embossed the doily and around Tilda.

I just love these burgundy flowers my friend Jan gave them to me, they are so unusual!

Yesterday was a sad day for me as I dropped my daughter off to live at University, she is now living away from home and on her journey to becoming an adult, I am super proud of her!

Lovely Lemon Tilda

Hello Everyone,

Where has summer gone? It was wonderfully sunny here in the UK yesterday and today its over cast and grey boo hoo!

Here is a card featuring Lemon Tilda that I have been making over the last few days.

I have coloured her with copics, all the papers are Maja, including the little bunting & tiny butterflies and I have used lots of florals from Wild orchid Crafts.
The tiny wooden Happy Birthday greeting is from Unique Crafts in Holland and I just love them, I have used them alot lately :)

I coloured the blue cherry blossom with my copics the same colour as her dress and there is also a little apple peeping out behind them.

Masked Magnolia Tilda's Card With Wooden Fence!

Hello Peeps, 

Sorry it has been so long since I last posted a card, I have been away and wouldn't you just know it, I have had the flu too!!!

Anyway, I am all better now and have a new card to show you, I managed to find a lovely little wooden fence in a craft shop in Tewksbury, where I went away to visit my family for a week.

 I have coloured Tilda with lace pance & Tilda with Rose Lace Dress with Copics. 

I have used Maja Coffee in the arbour Raspberry paper and also used the paper to die cut the doohickey butterfly and little daisies. 

As you can see I have also used some Kraft die cuts and I just love the little wooden fence!!!

Tilda with a large rose card

Hello Everyone, 

Sorry its been a while, I have started a new job and have been very busy with it.

I have been making this card over the past few days, featuring Tilda with a big rose and I have also coloured up a daisy background, coloured with copics.

The Sweet Happy Birthday Sentiment is from Unique Crafts of Holland and the two layer butterflies are elements from Pion Butterfly and Border Paper. 

I have also coloured a little cloud sky, Tilda is not masked, I cut her out initially to use on another project, but I thought she suited this background better.

As always, my papers are Maja he he and the flowers are wild orchid from the ribbon girl and live and love crafts.
