Shabby "No Bite" Saturated Canary Card
Hello Everyone, Its been super sunny here today (UK), luckily I made this card yesterday evening, so I was able to pop outside and do a little gardening, well tidying my garden up hee hee!
I have used my favourite colour scheme which is blue and brown, they really do go well together, but for a change I added a little green border around the cute image, to co-ordinate with the green in the country cottage papers. I love this design from Whimsy, so much so, that I have used it both inside and on the front of the card too.
Of course this beautiful image is by the super talented Krista Smith and is called "No Bite", I think its a really pretty shabby girly image, so was perfect for this card.
I have coloured the image with copics, distressed some colour core card and used white paint to distress almost everything else! I used mainly frost blue, aqua blue and aqua for the blues and C1, C2, C3 and C5 for highlighting the dark areas and for her tights and finally Tan, Y28, E31 and E35 for the beiges and browns.
The florals are from the lovely ladies at Live and Love Crafts and The Ribbon Girl, who have just sent me a £10 gift voucher, as I was the random winner this week at Lovely Hanglar and Sweet Magnolia! I was super thrilled, as I have'nt won anything before, either random or not hee!!!
I have distressed the so wrapped up Kraft card sentiment and stitched lace, shabby seam binding and pearls into place and a lovely little brass charm. The wording is a little faint, so it reads "Let your light shine through" and is from LOTV.
All links to online stores are in my sidebar.
Enjoy the rest of the sunshine where ever you are.

Pretty Pink Poppy Tilda Card
Hello Everyone, I hope your enjoying this quite chilly weekend, here in the UK, I hope its warmer where ever you are and your having a bit of sunshine!
Just popped on to show my most recent card, that I made yesterday. I felt like a change so I have masked the special edition "Tilda With Poppy" & "Meadow Daisy" background, which has turned out quite well. I have had the background since last spring, but havent actually coloured it, although I have stamped it, but just didnt get around to it.
Anyhow, I use Rich Cocoa to stamp both images and have coloured everything with Prisma pencils and the low odour solvent technique. The papers on the front of the card are all magnolia with distressed colour core card and the inside you can see above, is colour core, large doilie and a die cut distressed card that I have in my goodies lol!
Most of the gorgeous embellishments are from Live & Love Crafts, which includes the lovely floral lace, white plaster heart, pink poppy, shabby seam binding and cute little apple, which even has a tiny leaf, can be all found in their on line store!
The beautiful large trellis roses are from the ribbon girl and the wooden button is from the Hobby House (all links can be found in my side bar).
I have die cut two small glitter vellum butterflies and one doohickey butterfly from glitter vellum. There is also some die cut leaves and lovely all wrapped up patterned heart, wrapped with shabby seam binding.
I hope that you like my card and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Once Upon A Time Ballerina
Hello Everyone, I just popped onto to show you my latest card, using the latest release of Magnolia Tilda, Once Upon A Time Collection.
I have coloured her with prisma pencils in Light Cerulean Blue, True Blue & Cloud Blue For Her Dress & Process Red, Magnenta & Rose Pink for her pretty shoes and crown. A little stickles highlights her crown and cuffs to add a little sparkle. As I always do with prisma pencils, I used the low odour solvent method, which is my favourite of all the techniques.
I have wrapped the "once upon a time" sentiment banner around a tiny wooden spool (another favourite of mine!) and distressed them both with DI. The Sentiment is from last years prince and princesses range, so works especially well with alot of this new collection, I used the castle from the same collection in the card below! I have included a blue pearl and crystal hat pin, which I make myself.I have used four pieces of Tilda Paper & four distressed colour core card, all distressed via sanding, this is great card and I just love using it to create the distressed effect.
The tiny wooden spool, distressed bark heart and lace are all from Live and Love Crafts, also some of the flowers are from the same store, aswell as from The Hobby House & The Ribbon Girl, all links are in my side bar.
Thanks for dropping by my little blog.
Have a great week.

Cute Princess Masked Magnolia Tilda Card
Hello All Your Crafty Peeps,
I made this card earlier today, but had to wait a loong time for it to dry lol! I have used princess Tilda from the new once upon a time collection.
Tilda Is Masked with last years prince & princesses collection castle and for a change I have coloured all the image with Copics, instead of Prisma Pencils. The Copics used are: RV34,R81, RV21, RV10 for Tilda and the same pinks aswell as C1,C2, C3 and finally C5 for the castle.
She is fully glittered with stickles and I've added a sprinkling of diamond dust over the dress and crown too!
The on the edge butterflies were white, I distressed them with DI and covered them with a designer paper that I have. Which I distressed and when they were nearly dry, I gently peeled the backing paper up to give a distressed effect and cut each butterfly into a single butterfly, so they are no longer joined and added some lovely pink pearls.
As usual I have used magnolia papers both inside and on the front of the cards and the magnolia sentiment inside reads "Once Upon A Time..."
I've also used some cheesecloth and lace from Wild Orchid Crafts and flowers from The ribbon girl and Live and Love Crafts. Ive added a so wrapped up doohickey which is embellished with pearls, looped ribbon, sheer organza ribbon and a fairytale castle charm!
Finally I distressed the princess wording and fixed it partly over the picture and added Magnolia Heart Doohickey Sprays and Lacey Leaves, which are all distressed.
Thank you for droppin by my little blog.
Take care and Big Cuddles

One Last Card For The Weekend!!!
Hi All You Crafty Peeps, This is my 3rd and final card for the weekend! A new record for me, but really, I made the first two during the end of the week, but didnt post them until the weekend, so I cheated a tad there hee hee!!!
I love this card, it is sooo girly!
So, Tilda is coloured with prisma pencils, low odour solvent technique, as it my favourite method at the moment and have used a distressed die cut behind the image. I have used lots of lovely florals, from The Ribbon Girl and the Hobby House. The wooden button and green cherry blossom are from the Hobby House on line store too and I have distressed the button with DI. I also Inlcuded one of my hand made pins, in white.
The large ribbon bow with the bling is from the Ribbon Girl, I hand stictched the beautiful diamontee embellishment in the middle.I have used Lots of buttons, all threaded with white & pink, there is also a bronze button charm on the tag and I have threaded this with cotton too!
On the base, I have attached pearls to the stunning cluny lace from Live and Love Crafts, where the jute ribbon on the front of card is from too. I have included a Tilda Tag, which is fixed this time to the base and is threaded with looped ribbon from the ribbon girl, shabby seam binding is from L&L Crafts and pearl string and also a tilda butterfly with rose body.
Both Papers are of course magnolia tilda, both backed with distressed colour core textured card stock.
Well Thats everything for now peeps. Thank you for dropping by my little blog!

Distressed Magnolia Tilda With Big Tulips Easel Card
Hi Everyone, this is my second post of the day.
I have used Tilda With Big Tulips and coloured her with Prima pencils in a variety of colours and used the low odour solvent technique. I love the results that can be achieved using this method and whilst it is very time consuming, it gives an almost distessed ink look to the images.
I cant make my mind up if I have distressed this card a bit too much, but I love it anyway.
The papers are of course, distressed (sanded) colour core card, but for change this week from Pion or Magnolia papers, I have used Emerald Isle Papers from Whimsy. I just love the depth of the emerald green colour, which compliments the distressed beige and browns beautifully!
Ive used beautiful cream cluny lace, that adds a really lovely accent across the center of the card and all the florals are from either wild orchid, the ribbon girl, live and love crafts or the hobby house! The beautiful Cluny lace is also available in white from Live and Love Crafts Too.
The Die cut stamped sentiment is from Magnolia and I have used the slightly larger die cut behind the image, accented with DI. Included is one of my hand made pins and I created a dark green bow from chiffon like distressed fabric. The lovely cook coo clock charm is from live and love crafts too.
Links to all on line shops mentioned are in my side bar and I have just noticed that Sir Stampalot, (another favourite of mine!) has started to sell hobby house goodies too, they are in the whats new section.
Anyway time for a coffee, I hope that you like both my cards that I have posted today.
Thank you for dropping by. Take care and big cuddles to you all. Jay xxx

Today I have two cards to post, the first is this lovely tilda card, featuring the new release long stockings tilda.
She is coloured with prisma pencils, using the low odour technique, mainly Parma Violet PC1008, Lilac PC956 and a hint of Mulberry PC995, everthing is shaded with DI too.

Saturated Canary Blossom Easel Card
Hello Again Everyone, get me posting two cards in one day hee hee!
This is my second saturated canary card of the day, as I made a tent card last time, I decided to make a blossom easel cards, I call them blossoms, as they are a floral shape.
As with the previous SC card, I coloured Sabrina with prima pencils and promarkers ( see previous card for colours).
I have used two stunning pion papers from live and love crafts, I used four doohickeys for the fence, swirley branch, tag, butterlies x 2 and the double layer tag on the base, scratch that, I used alot of Magnolia doohickeys and I also cant count lol!
I am a little disappointed as the fence isnt straight, it looked straight when I was lining it up?!? but never mind!
The image is bordered with distressed colour core card and a thinlets die provided the lovely corners. The tag is distressed slightly and stamped with a lovely stamped sentiment, that I bought on line.
As those of you who know me, all the florals are from either the ribbon girl, wild orchid or Live and Love crafts, the little brass key is from the ribbon girl, I removed the charm loop at the top, so I could lay it flat on the base.
Thank you for dropping by my little blog.

I have used thick cotton lace and a selection of florals from the ribbon girl, wild orchid and live and love crafts, where you will also find the tiny cotton spools. All the links are in my side bar.

I decided to make a second Australian Tilda Card
Hello All You Crafty People Out There, I hope you are enjoying the bank holiday weekend! I am, as its given me the opportunity to make another card!
I decided to use another of the Australian Collection for this card, its called Kangaroo Tilda and I have coloured her and joey, with copics and added a little sakura sparkle to her dress.
I am loving this colour core card, it distresses beautifully and co-ordinates with the lovely distressed Country Cottage papers from Whimsy and I have used the same paper, for the inside of the card too. I did use a blue patterned paper on the front too, although its not too obvious, in the photos lol!
You can see one of my hand made pins above in the florals, which are all from either wild orchid, the ribbon girl or live and love crafts, I used 2 floral swirley die cuts at the top and bottom of the florals to add interest & extend them a little. Live and love crafts cluny lace and bark hearts are both so yummy, that I had to use them with this card! The two cute flowers buttons are from the hobby house and all the links can be found in my side bar, I threaded and distressed the buttons with DI.
The Magnolia So Wrapped Up Tag, Is Kraft Card and the sentiment is from LOTV and reads:
"Tommorrow Hold Many Wonderful Things" and I have used shabby seam binding in two colours, stitched pearl string in place and added a tiny butterfly charm for the finishing touch.
Thankyou for dropping by my little blog, enjoy the rest of the bank holiday.
