Hiya Everyone,
Here is another card, using Betty Boots, as soon as I saw here I had to have her to colour her up! She originally came with a blank sign, so I added with love to fit the current valentine holiday season.
(It only seems like 5 mins ago that we were all saying the same about Christmas!)
I coloured her with copics and added some lovely papers and ribbons from my goodies, the bark heart and twine threaded button are from Live and Love Crafts & the beautiful large roses are of course WOC.
I included one of my hat pins and some beige spikey foliage too, along with a silver heart charm.
The lovely large blossom shape fits the theme nicely, I wanted it to be a bit grungy/shabby chic, but still girly and I am happy with the outcome.
You can find Betty Boots Here
Thank you for stopping by today.
Take Care

I love shaped cards, I wonder why we don't make them more often. At least that goes for me, I tend to make them square or A2 sized. The color scheme is such a great choice for a vintage feel and you've decorated the card so beautifully with ribbon, pin and flowers. The wooden heart is also a nice detail. Your coloring is beautiful, I think the panel she's holding looks like real wood.
ReplyDeleteAlso, thank you for the lovely comment you left on my box with drawers earlier today:)
Absolutely love this one, great colouring on the image, and the overall colour palette is beautiful. Thanks for joining in with the sisters of Craft Challenge, good luck and best wishes, Anne DT x
