Here is my card

I have used some of my gorjuss girl papers for the card base and Tilda is coloured with DI's.

I have created my own large poinsettia's, from stardream card and added metal and pearls centres and peeking out of the flowers are very deep red berries.

I just love the deep red hessian ribbon, the wooden heart button is from our sponsors store. The trees are obviously Magnolia, as is the sentiment. I have also added a star of anise to top left hand corner.

Christmas Tilda with Star Diedam card

Hello Everyone

This is my first Christmas card of this year and I thought that this little lovely would be perfect for Christmas cards when I received her around valentines day.

So here she is Tilda with Star Diedam, coloured with copics and I have added some white frantage for snow.
Unfortunately the image is lighter, than it actually is, but I just couldn't manage a clear photo - not for lack of trying he he!

I have used Pion Design papers, the gorgeous lace, real cinnamon sticks, tied with tonal seam binding and tiny pine cone can all be found here. The sentiment is Magnolia too and the multi tonal leaves are just divine.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and have a great week!

My lovely friend Jules gave me these gorgeous pearls you can see at the bottom of the picture, just divine!

Tilda Picking Olives

Afternoon Everyone.

The weather is lovely here in the UK at the moment, so nice to see some sunshine for a change he he!

I have been practicing colouring with my distress inks, here is a card that I have coloured.

I am quite partial to purple and green and as a colour combo they are quite striking.

I have used Maja Design plum papers, as these are similar in colour and shape to the olives in my picture. The frame is cut from designer paper for the top layer and a second layer of deep plum coloured card, I offset them a little, so that the plumb colour shows through a little.

The large purple roses and seam binding are all hand dyed and I created a little pearl pin to match!

The gorgeous ribbon is from the Ribbon Girl and I've used a wooden swirl from Craft heaven shop and woodchip Happy Birthday from Unique Crafts.

Dancing Italian Tilda

Good Aternoon,

Here is a card that I made in pink for a change. I wouldn't consider my self a a person who favours blue, as I am quite girly.
But I've made a few blue cards lately, especially as our theme at LHOSM is something blue, so here is a pink card for a bit of a change!

I have used dancing Italian Tilda and coloured her with distress inks and added a touch of frantage.

I love this chipboard sentiment that I have frantaged too, the gorgeous papers are from the new 'Crafts and You' range, that the Ribbon Girl now stock and the butterflies and magnolia tag, are cut from the same paper.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Pine apple and beach themed card

Good morning everyone,

I am here with a beach themed card that I made for fun! I love making beach themed cards, I think as I don't get to make them on a regular basis.

Coloured With Copics, I Used Spring basics papers and all the die cuts are Magnolia doohickeys, except my Joy Craft butterfly border..

The two little sentiments are just perfect for this beach themed card.

I hand dyed my lace and seam binding  with DI's, to add a lighter touch of colour to my card. I also added an ALOHA charm to the seam binding and little sea shells mixed in with my gorgeous WOC florals.

Thank you for stopping by today, have a lovely day!

Good Afternoon Everyone

This is the midway post for Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia.

Our super easy theme is add blue, this can be any kind of blue, including any blue embellishment, ribbon, flowers, die cuts, buttons, blue papers or simply add a little or a lot of blue (like me) in your colouring.

We have two fabulous sponsors for this challenge who a know, are firm favourites of everyone.

The Ribbon Girl and
Magnolia Liscious!

Here is my card...

I used my Dutch doobadoo template, to create the card and all three layers of hand cut papers. The papers are a mix of Maja and Pion design papers.

I have coloured celebration Tilda with copics, added a few pearl drops on the champagne bubbles and stamped one of my sentiments, which I think is a nice co ordinating one and used my Joy Craft torn page die on the edge.

The film wheels and envelopes, are both Magnolia and I have used designer papers to create them. I just love the little chipboard swirl underneath the image.

I also created a little moon pearl decorative pin and the stunning flowers are WOC from a variety of on line stores.

We cant wait to see your fabulous creations and look forward to seeing you over at our challenge!

Post Card from Paris

Hiya Everyone

My daughter is off to Paris with her university at the end of the week and I said not to forget to send us a post card. It got me thinking, does anyone actually do that any more?

I used to get writers cramp, writing to everyone when I was younger, but now with modern technology, I don't think anyone does that anymore.

Therefore I dedicate this card, to the long lost tradition of writing post cards he he!

I coloured both Tildas from the we did it collection, with copics. I used my post card stamp at the top and added a couple of post marks.
The cute paper clip is from Craft Heaven shop and so are the chipboard circles peeking out at the corners of the image.

I made my own hand made pin and added a selection of flowers and berries from a variety of craft shops. The lovely pearls are from my friend Jules, who very kindly sent them to me.

Its almost the weekend, have a good one.
