Vintage Bauble, Card/Bag Topper or Gift Tag

Happy Sunday Everyone

I have seen these style of toppers around for many
years and decided to try my hand at making a few.

This is my first completed one and I have another few, which are part done, which I will pop back with when they are finished.

I am quite pleased with how it tuned out.

They are pretty simple to do, I die my circles to 10cm, from 4 layers of thick white card.

10cm is a good size for a variety of uses, i.e. card or gift bag topper, gift tag or simply a bauble for Christmas.

I wrapped the natural hemp twine to give me a frame and die cut lots of lovely wintery leaves from my DPs, the scrapinec baubles are also tied with the same twine.

The cones have been dry brushed with gesso and I made the poinsettia's from foamiran, the wooden Merry Christmas is from my crafty stash.

I wanted to bring out the green in the colour scheme, so added the seam binding bow.

There is also a little rusty bell at the top of the baubles and there are several dabs of gold glitter glue to add a little Christmas sparkle.

Today is our last challenge at Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia, we would love you to pop over and join in and you have a chance to win a voucher from lovely Tracy at Noor Design UK!!!

Have a lovely day, Crafty Cuddles
